Antifraud technology provider Sift this week announced a new addition to its board of directors and the appointment of April Oman as chief customer officer.
Oman has more than two decades of experience in various software businesses leading customer engagement teams. Most recently she was senior vice president of Customer Engagement at online education platform D2L, with previous stops at Salesforce and Zuora.
Sift also named Alice Katwan to its board of directors. Katwan is senior vice president and general manager of sales at Twilio and has been involved in high-growth businesses for 25 years. Like Oman, Katwan also spent time at Salesforce.
